Terms of Service
Last updated 7 October 2026
These terms apply when you use gntech.in or hire GN Tech (Global Nexus Technology) for design, development, branding, marketing or white-label work. By requesting a quote, paying an invoice or using our services, you agree to them. If something in a signed proposal differs from these terms, the proposal wins for that project.
1. Who we are
GN Tech is a trading name of Global Nexus Technology, based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. You can reach us at contact@gntech.in or on WhatsApp at +91 88753 13401.
2. What we do
We provide web design, web development, logo design, graphic design, branding, SEO, social media marketing and white-label development. For websites, logos and branding we offer fixed-price plans, listed on our Pricing page, and their scope is what each plan lists. Everything else is scoped and quoted individually, and the scope is whatever the written proposal says it is.
3. Quotes and proposals
- A fixed-price proposal is normally sent within 48 hours of a brief. It is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.
- The price covers only what the proposal lists. Anything outside that scope, such as extra pages, new features or additional design rounds, is quoted separately and agreed with you before we start it.
- A quoted project begins when you accept the proposal in writing (email or WhatsApp is fine) and pay the first instalment. A fixed-price plan begins when you pay its advance online.
4. Payment
- Fixed-price plans are paid 50% in advance, online, to begin, and 50% on delivery. Plan payments are charged in Indian rupees (INR) through Razorpay; prices shown in other currencies on our site are for reference, and your bank converts the amount.
- For quoted projects, unless the proposal says otherwise, payment is made in three parts: 40% to start, 40% at design sign-off and 20% at launch.
- We invoice in GBP, EUR, USD, SGD or INR, as agreed in the proposal. Payments can be made by bank transfer or through our secure client payment page.
- Invoices are due within 7 days unless stated otherwise. We may pause work on an overdue invoice, and the project timeline moves back by the number of days it is paused.
- Taxes, bank charges and currency conversion costs are your responsibility unless the proposal states they are included. Indian GST is added where it applies.
- Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Timelines and what we need from you
Timelines in a proposal assume you give us content, feedback and approvals promptly. If they are delayed, the delivery date moves with them. A starter website typically takes 2 to 3 weeks and a full business website or online store 4 to 8 weeks, but your proposal’s dates are the ones that apply.
6. Revisions
Each project includes the revision rounds stated in the proposal, normally two structured rounds at the design stage. A round means one consolidated set of feedback. Changes after sign-off, or a completely new direction, count as additional work and are quoted separately.
7. Ownership
- Once the project is paid for in full, you own the final code, designs, content we created for you, domain names, hosting accounts and logins. We do not lock you in or hold your site hostage.
- We hand over source files and credentials at launch. Until the final payment is made, we keep the right to withhold final production files and logins.
- Third-party items are licensed on their own terms and are not owned by either of us. This includes stock photos, fonts, plugins, themes and software libraries. Where a licence needs to be bought or renewed, that cost is yours.
- Our own tools, templates and reusable components that existed before your project, or that we build for general use, remain ours. You get a permanent right to use them as part of your delivered work.
- You confirm that any text, images, logos or other material you give us is yours to use, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.
8. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you supply, for the legal compliance of your business and its content (including product claims, pricing and privacy notices on your own site) and for keeping your own accounts and passwords secure. We will build to good practice, but we don’t give legal advice.
9. Support after launch
Every project includes the support period described in its proposal. After that, ongoing updates, hosting care and fixes are available under a monthly plan or hourly rate agreed in advance. We fix defects in our own work reported within the support period at no extra charge. Issues caused by third-party changes, hosting problems or edits made by someone else are quoted separately.
10. Marketing, SEO and social media work
We work to agreed goals and report honestly on results, but we can’t guarantee rankings, traffic, followers, leads or sales. Search engines and social platforms change their rules and algorithms, and results depend on factors outside our control. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the platform unless the proposal says otherwise.
11. White-label work
When we work as a white-label partner for another agency, we build under your name, we do not contact your client directly, and we keep your client’s details confidential. The agency is responsible for its own client relationship and for passing on the relevant terms to its client.
12. Confidentiality
We keep your business information, unreleased work and credentials confidential and use them only to deliver your project. We will sign a mutual NDA before detailed discussions if you ask. This does not cover information that is already public or that we are legally required to disclose.
13. Cancellation and termination
You can cancel a project at any time by writing to us, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy then applies. We may end a project if you don’t pay, don’t provide what we need for an extended period, or ask us to do something unlawful or unethical. Work completed up to that point remains payable.
14. Liability
We take care over our work, but websites and software depend on many things outside our control. To the extent the law allows:
- We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, but we don’t promise that a website will be free of every error or run without interruption.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost business or lost data.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud.
15. This website
The content on gntech.in is provided for general information and is not professional advice. The GN Tech name, logo and the content we publish belong to us, and you may not copy them without permission. Your use of this website is also covered by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a disagreement comes up, we will first try to resolve it informally by talking it through. If that doesn’t work, the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka will have jurisdiction, unless the law of your own country gives you rights that can’t be waived.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes don’t affect a project you have already accepted unless we both agree.
