Privacy Policy

Draft placeholder: not legal advice, not ready to publish. The build spec’s legal-page copy hadn’t been received when this was scaffolded. This file exists so the route builds and the page template can be checked; GN Tech should have the real policy written or reviewed by someone qualified to advise on UK GDPR / EU GDPR (this site’s core markets are the UK, Italy, Spain, the US and Singapore) before launch. It must cover at least:

• Who GN Tech (Global Nexus Technology) is, and how to contact them (contact@gntech.in)
• What personal data is collected: enquiry form submissions (name, email, company, country, project details), payment-related data (name, email, company, amounts, never full card details, which Razorpay handles), and analytics/cookie data
• The lawful basis for processing each category (e.g. contract/legitimate interest for enquiries, consent for non-essential cookies)
• Where data is stored and processed (Hostinger, MySQL) and any international transfer from the UK/EU to India
• How long data is retained, and the enquiries/payments database referenced in server/schema.sql
• Third parties data is shared with: Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager), Microsoft Clarity, Cloudflare (Turnstile), Razorpay, Cal.com/Calendly, PHPMailer/SMTP for email delivery
• Visitor rights (access, correction, deletion, objection, complaint to a supervisory authority) and how to exercise them
• How the cookie banner (see the Cookie Policy page) relates to this policy
