2. Services

GN TECH offers the following creative services ("Services"):

• Logo Package — Professional logo design with multiple concepts, vector files, and full commercial rights.
• Branding Package — Complete brand identity including logo, brand guidelines, stationery design, and social media kit.
• Website Package — Custom website design and development (up to 5 pages) including branding, SEO, animations, and 30-day post-launch support.

All service deliverables, timelines, and revision limits will be confirmed upon order via email or WhatsApp.

3. Orders and Payments

1. All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD). Payment is accepted in USD via PayPal's secure international payment gateway.
2. Payment is required upfront before work commences, unless a separate written agreement is made.
3. We use PayPal as our secure payment gateway. By making a payment, you also agree to PayPal User Agreement.
4. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order and payment details. Please retain this for your records.

4. Delivery and Timelines

• Our team will contact you within 24–48 hours of receiving your payment to schedule a discovery call and confirm project timelines.
• Typical delivery timelines: Logo — 5–7 business days; Branding — 10–14 business days; Website — 21–30 business days. Timelines may vary based on project complexity and feedback response times.
• GN TECH is not liable for delays caused by the client's delayed feedback or approvals.

5. Intellectual Property

• All original work created by GN TECH for a client will become the client's property upon full payment.
• GN TECH retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
• Any third-party assets (stock images, fonts, etc.) used in projects remain subject to their respective licensing terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

GN TECH's liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

PART B — Cancellation & Refund Policy

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1 Before work begins (within 24 hours of payment)

If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of payment and before our team has commenced any work, you are entitled to a full refund.

To cancel, contact us immediately via email at akashpatidr1020@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 88753 13401 with your Order ID and Payment ID.

8.2 After work has begun

• If work has commenced but no concepts/deliverables have been presented to you — 50% refund.
• If initial concepts/deliverables have been presented to you — no refund, as significant creative work has been invested.
• If you have approved deliverables — no refund.

8.3 Exceptional circumstances

If GN TECH is unable to deliver the agreed services due to circumstances on our end (e.g., team unavailability, technical failure), we will offer a full refund or an alternate arrangement, at the client's preference.

9. Refund Process

1. Submit a refund request via email at akashpatidr1020@gmail.com with your Order ID and Payment ID (found in your confirmation email).
2. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
3. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to PayPal's refund processing timelines.
4. PayPal may take an additional 3-5 business days to credit the amount to your bank account or card.

10. Non-Refundable Items

• Payment gateway processing fees (charged by PayPal) are non-refundable.
• Any third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g., domain registration, stock assets purchased at your request) are non-refundable.
• Rush/priority service fees are non-refundable once the expedited work has commenced.

If you have any dispute regarding your order or payment, please contact us first — we are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
