My payment went through but I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do? expand_more
First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still don't see it after 30 minutes, contact us via WhatsApp with your Payment ID from the PayPal receipt. We'll verify your payment and re-send the confirmation.
Can I upgrade my package after purchasing? expand_more
Yes! Contact us and we'll arrange an upgrade. You'll only pay the difference between your current package and the higher-tier package. No need to make a full new payment.
How many revisions do I get? expand_more
Logo Package: 3 rounds of revisions. Branding Package: 3–4 rounds. Website Package: 2 rounds on design, 2 on content. Additional revisions can be purchased. All revision terms will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Is my payment secure? expand_more
Absolutely. Payments are processed by PayPal, a globally trusted PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. GN TECH never sees or stores your card details. Additionally, all payment amounts are set server-side — it's technically impossible to alter the price from the browser.
What file formats will I receive for my logo? expand_more
You'll receive your logo in all standard formats: SVG (vector), PNG (transparent background, multiple sizes), PDF, and optionally AI/EPS source files upon request.
